Return Policy

Because all of our products are custom printed, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on completed orders.

Every item we produce is made specifically for your order — including custom apparel, labels, stickers, signage, and promotional products. Once production begins, materials and setup costs are committed, which makes reselling or restocking impossible.


Order Accuracy

We strongly encourage customers to review:

  • Artwork files

  • Spelling and design details

  • Sizing and garment selections

  • Quantities

  • Print locations

Approval of proofs (when provided) confirms that the design and order details are correct. Exton Graphix is not responsible for errors that were approved prior to production.

If you’re unsure about a file or layout, we’re happy to review it before printing.


Production Errors

If there is a verified production error on our end — such as incorrect print placement, wrong garment, or print defects — please contact us within a reasonable time after receiving your order.

We will review the issue and, if confirmed, work with you to correct it. This may include reprinting the affected items.

Photos and order details will be required for evaluation.


Color & Screen Variations

Please note that colors displayed on screens may differ slightly from printed results due to monitor calibration and material differences. Minor color variation is not considered a defect.


Damaged or Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, notify us promptly with photos of both the packaging and the product so we can assist in filing a claim if necessary.
