Common Questions
How is my design printed on the mug?
We use dye-sublimation, which bonds the ink directly into the mug's coating rather than printing on top of it β the result is vibrant, permanent, dishwasher and microwave safe.
Why doesn't my design wrap all the way around, including under the handle?
The print stops about a quarter inch before the handle on both sides β this matches exactly where our sublimation process actually reaches, so what you see in the builder is what you'll actually get, with no surprises.
Can I use a repeating pattern instead of one image?
Yes β switch to Pattern mode in the builder and your uploaded image will tile seamlessly around the mug, up to the handle gap on each side.
How fast is turnaround, and do you ship?
Most orders are ready within a few business days. Free local pickup at our Exton, PA shop, or we ship nationwide. Every order is quality checked before it goes to print.
